Karen has been exposed to the real estate industry since childhood through many family members. In her early 20’s she bought her first property that soon became a rental. After 15+ years in sales, Karen’s career path made a natural progression into real estate in 2001 in the Chicagoland area. As the #1 agent in a large 50+ agent office in 2004-05, she chose to move to sunny Florida in late 2006.

She has served residential home sellers and home buyers in west central Florida ever since... from waterfront homes and condos to new construction homes, second homes, 55+ & resort communities, investment properties, beach area homes & more.
